Booking Requirements
To secure your appointment, we require the following details:
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Email Address
- Reason for enquiry / concern
These details help us prepare for your appointment and ensure you receive the best possible service.
Deposit Policy
A £25 deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking.
This deposit will be fully deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
- No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
This policy is in place to respect appointment availability and our clinicians’ time.
